Bio

Meghan W. Martinez has been practicing employment litigation for over 25 years. She represents publicly traded companies and individuals such as former executives in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and trade secrets.

She has been recognized by her peers, Super Lawyers, and the Denver Business Journal (as their Power Book winner in the industry of Law).

She has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has numerous published decisions from her cases (including the seminal Colorado case on medical marijuana in the workplace, Coats v DISH Network, which she argued before the Colorado Supreme Court and resulted in a unanimous decision in her client's favor).
