Bio

Gerald Marcus was a licensed private investigator at the age of 20, while working for a large plaintiff personal injury law firm and while attending college at night to obtain his BS. Gerald attending Southern California Institute of Law at the Ventura College of Law campus at night while working as an investigator full time. Mr. Marcus passed the Bar examination and started his practice in 1987. Since then Gerald has represented over 17,000 innocent injured victims against the insurance industry in every imaginable type of personal injury case ranging fro auto accidents, to pedestrians, bicycles, motorcycle,s bus, truck, train and airplanes. Boats and scooters, share rides etc. Gerald also specialize in premises liability litigation and takes on some of the most difficult liability cases and causation cases.
