Bio

David is a trial lawyer recognized across the country for his advocacy on behalf of victims of abuse and neglect in long-term care facilities. He is often called upon to negotiate, pro hac, consult and try cases across the country.

Over the years, David expanded his practice to represent other vulnerable members of our society, including individuals and families affected by catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, elder neglect and abuse, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, negligent security, and other cases where corporate negligence plays a key role.

David also enjoys working with other lawyers who share his mission and commitment to hard work, as well as educating and training lawyers in the skills needed to successfully advocate for clients in the courtroom. Since 2010, David has served as Dean of the Keenan Trial Institute, devoted to educating trial lawyers across the country on the system and techniques necessary to win and protect the community’s safety.

David is also a partner in the highly-esteemed Keenan Law Firm out of Atlanta Georgia.
