Charles Buist is the co-founder and managing partner at Spetsas Buist Accident Injury Lawyers in Orlando, Florida. Licensed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, he handles complex personal injury cases across these states, including wrongful death, amusement park accidents, car and truck accidents, and negligent security cases.

Mr. Buist graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law and Darla Moore School of Business, earning his JD and MBA respectively. He also holds a Master's in environmental law and toxic torts from Vermont Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude.

During law school, Buist served as Research Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and won multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. He was a Dean's List student every semester and a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe.

After graduation, Buist clerked for two federal judges over three years: The Honorable Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. at the US District Court and Chief Bankruptcy Judge, The Honorable David R. Duncan. He is licensed to practice in multiple state and federal courts, including the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
