Allison J. Capaul is a skilled advocate focused on representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of another party. As a Litigation Associate at Fielding Law, Allison has considerable experience working on personal injury lawsuits. Allison has tried over forty cases to verdict in counties throughout Texas and resolved hundreds of cases with favorable results for her clients. Allison is not afraid of the courtroom and is willing to go the distance to achieve a just and fair outcome for her clients. Allison enjoys being hands-on with each of her clients to give them the one-on-one attention they deserve. Allison understands the impact an accident can have on someone’s life and zealously advocates for each client throughout the entire process. Allison was born and raised in small town Minnesota, where she learned the value of hard work, a job well done, and having compassion for others. She completed her undergraduate degree at Hamline University (St. Paul, MN), where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. Allison obtained her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. When not practicing law, Allison enjoys spending time with her family.
