Ryan J. Wirsch is an Attorney with the Law Offices of Mark R. Strauss, Esq., where he provides strategic, results-driven advocacy to clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Ryan maintains a diverse practice primarily focused on personal injury litigation, representing individuals injured by motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, mass tort claims, and other negligence-based actions. He also routinely represents clients in select family law, contract disputes, PFA petitions, and other related matters.

Ryan brings a comprehensive understanding of the legal system shaped by his experience in prosecutorial, judicial, and private practice roles. Following his graduation, he served as the inaugural Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Matthew D. Weintraub of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. This foundation, combined with nearly a decade of experience in personal injury litigation and work with multiple District Attorney’s Offices and Courts of Common Pleas, positions him to manage complex litigation with disciplined preparation, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to client advocacy.

Ryan is a zealous advocate barred in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. An Eagle Scout and graduate of the Central Bucks School District, he remains deeply committed to serving the community that raised him.
