Bio

Attorney Charles E. Lampin is the founder of The Lampin Law Firm, LLC, in St. Peters, Missouri. Mr. Lampin has more than two decades of experience in the area of personal injury law and serves individuals in Missouri and southern Illinois who have been the victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, watercraft accidents and other catastrophic injuries. Over the course of his career, he has also practiced in the areas of criminal and family law.

Mr. Lampin earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. His prior legal experience includes serving as an assistant prosecutor for St. Charles County, Missouri, as well as a defense attorney. He was also a partner at a private Missouri firm, where he handled personal injury and mass tort cases. He has been admitted to practice law in Missouri since 1988.

Using the litigation experience he acquired in his previous roles, Mr. Lampin opened his firm in May of 2016. His work on behalf of clients and achievements in the legal profession have earned him the rating of AV Preeminent*, the highest possible rating, from the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Lampin has received additional honors, including being named one of the “top 100 trial lawyers” by the National Trial Lawyers. This invitation only list is comprised of attorneys who have solid reputations and are strong legal advocates within their communities. In addition to running his law practice, he is a member of the American Association for Justice, a professional organization dedicated to ensuring a fair justice system for those who have been injured.
