Bio

Michael F. Moran is the managing partner at Moran Law. He has devoted his entire practice to the representation of victims of elder abuse and nursing home litigation. Mr. Moran has significant trial experience, having tried over 140 jury trials to verdict throughout California. He has over 35 years of experience as an attorney, including extensive experience as a civil defense trial attorney and working in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Moran has obtained numerous jury verdicts and binding arbitration awards in excess of $1 million for elder abuse and neglect cases. Moran Law has also obtained over 50 settlements in excess of $1 million dollars for elder abuse and neglect cases.

Mr. Moran is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was also recognized by the California Advocates of Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) for his trial advocacy and received the William F. Taylor Memorial Award.

Mr. Moran received his law degree from Western State University School of Law and received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He represents victims and their families in nursing home abuse and neglect cases throughout the State of California.
